Current Lease Premium/Acre (Rupees in Lakhs)
Current Lease Premium for developed land allotted on 90 year
lease hold basis at Rs. 20.23 lakhs per acre.


Terms of Payment

A minimum 30% of the lease premium as down payment within 30 days of receipt of Letter of Intimation.

An amount equal to 10% of the lease premium from the above amount will be treated as EMD*.

Balance of the lease premium in 5 equal instalments with interest @11.25% per annum, within 5 years from the date of License Agreement.


10% of the lease premium to be remitted as EMD*, within 30 days of receipt of Letter of Intimation.

A minimum of 50% of the lease premium as down payment within 15 days of receipt of Allotment Letter.

Balance of the lease premium in 2 equal instalments with interest @11.25% per annum, within 2 years from the date of License Agreement.


Applicable to all KINFRA Parks

Annual license/license charge of RS 100/- per acre during the license/lease period. Services like water, power, communication etc will be charged extra.
A nominal maintenance charge for the general facilities.
* EMD will be adjudged against the last installment of the lease premium. (All other terms and conditions of KINFRA Land Disposal Regulations will apply)
