TERMS OF PAYMENT
* 10% of the lease premium to be remitted as EMD*,within 30 days of receipt of Letter of intimation.
* A minimum of 50% of the lease premium as down payment within 15 days of receipt of Alotment Letter.
* Balance of the lease premium in 2 equal installments with interest @ 14.75% per annum,within 2 years from the date of Licence Agreement.
*Annual license/lease charge of Rs.100/per acre during the license/lease Period.
* Services like water ,power,communication,etc will be charged extra.
*A nominal maintenance charge for the general facilities.EMD will be adjusted against the last installment of the lease Premium.
