Terms
of Payment
A
minimum 30% of the lease premium as down payment within 30 days
of receipt of Letter of Intimation.
An
amount equal to 10% of the lease premium from the above amount
will be treated as EMD*.
Balance
of the lease premium in 5 equal instalments with interest @11.25%
per annum, within 5 years from the date of License Agreement.
10%
of the lease premium to be remitted as EMD*, within 30 days of
receipt of Letter of Intimation.
A
minimum of 50% of the lease premium as down payment within 15
days of receipt of Allotment Letter.
Balance
of the lease premium in 2 equal instalments with interest @11.25%

Applicable to all KINFRA Parks
Annual
license / lease charge of Rs. 100/-per acre during the license
/ lease period.
Services
like water, power, communication, etc. will be charged extra.

nominal maintenance charge for the general facilities.
