Terms
of Payment

Balance of the lease premium to be remitted in 2 equal instalment
with Interest @ 10.25 % per annum, within 2 years from the date

Annual license/license charge of RS 100/- per acre during the
license/lease period. Services like water, power, communication
etc will be charged extra.
A nominal maintenance charge for the general facilities.
